NIPAAm-DADMAC共聚凝胶的辐射合成及性质研究

摘要: 用辐射共聚的方法合成了NIPAAm-DADMAC共聚凝胶,并对所得凝胶的性质进行了研究。结果表明,适当单体配比、交联剂(Bis)浓度和吸收剂量下可以得到无色透明、富有弹性和高吸水性的共聚凝胶。其强度随NIPAAm含量和吸收剂量的增加而强化并达到恒定值,剂量率对其影响不明显;在机械性能提高的同时,共聚物的饱和溶胀比略有下降,但仍不失为较好的吸水材料。实验结果还表明在本体系中只要含有少量的DADMAC,共聚凝胶就会失去NIPAAm特有的温度敏感性。Abstract: The copolymer of DADMAC and NIPAAm is synthesized by radiation copolymerization. The experimental results show that transparent, highelastic and highabsorptive copolymer are obtained in the conditions of fit ratio of two monomer; crosslinker content and absorbed dose. The strength of copolymer is reinforced by the means of increasing NIPAAm content and absorbed dose, and it will get to constant. It is revealed that the dose rate doesn't have any obvious effect on this property. Although the equilibrium swelling ratio of copolymer is a bit reduced as the mechanical strength of that is reinforced, it is still a good absorbent. In addition, the results also show that the temperature sensitivities of the copolymer are disappeared in copolymer even with low content of DADMAC.
