  • 摘要: 放射性支架的植入能有效预防经皮腔内血管成形术 (PTA)后血管再狭窄的发生。本工作开展了放射性 3 2 P离子束注入血管内支架的研制, 测试表明 3 2 P注入后每个支架的放射性活度可达 85.1k Bq,能满足临床需求

     

    Abstract: Using radioactive stents is a promising avenue to reduce the rate of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA). The method of 32 P ion implantatron into metal stents is studied. The activity level of stents are measured by a 4π liquid scintillation detector. 85.1 kBq activity is obtained for each stent. The results show that the radioactive stents can be used in clinical testing.
