摘要: 采用改进的同位素交换法制备了硼氚化钠, 其比活度可稳定在 (6.7～ 7.8)× 10 13 Bq/ g,并利用它合成了 1- 3 H法呢醇、1- 3 H香叶基香叶醇、2 - 3 H肌醇、1- 3 H葡萄糖、1- 3 H正丁醇、2 - 3 H异丙醇、2 - 3 H异丁醇、2 - 3 H异戊醇等高品质的氚标记化合物

Abstract: The high specific activity tritiated sodium borohydride is prepared with an improved isotope exchange method. The specific activity is (6.7～7.8)×10 13 Bq/g. A series of compounds labeled with tritium is synthesized successfully by the tritiated sodium borohydride.
