高比活度〔甲基-~3H〕-胸腺嘧啶核苷的制备

The Preparation of High Specific Activity Methyl-~3H-TdR

  • 摘要: 以 (5 - F3 ) -胸腺嘧啶核苷 (Td R)为前体, 采用 Pd O/ Ba SO4 为催化剂, 在 2.5 mo L/ L KOH水溶液中进行催化卤氚取代反应。获得的标记物比活度为 9.1TBq/ g,与目前所用方法制备的标记物比活度 3TBq/ g相比提高 2倍。标记物放化纯度 >95 %, 示踪灵敏度可提高 70 %以上

     

    Abstract: The methyl 3H TdR is prepared by a catalytic reaction of substituting tritium based on (5 F 3) TdR as precursor and PdO/BaSO 4 as catalyst. The optimum conditions of tritating, separating and purifying, as well as the store of the labeled compound are selected. The specific activity of the tritation is 9.1 TBq/g which is two times higher than those prepared by other method. The radiochemical purity of the tritation is more than 95%, and the tracer sensitivity can be improved more than 70%.
