Abstract: Pain palliation with bone seeking radiopharmaceuticals is an effective and costeffective management tool in patients with advanced cancer metastatic to bone. The recent developments in bone matastastic disease management with radiopharmaceuticals is discribed. The mechanisms, characteristics, usages, clinical values as well as advantages and disadvantages are all reviewed,at the same time, the direction of further study is proposed.
