Abstract: Recent developments of 99 Tc m labeled receptor radiopharmaceuticals for central nervous system (CNS) imaging are reviewed. The emphases are focused on how to design 99 Tc m labeled radiopharmaceuticals based on known structure activity relationship. The present problems of these radiopharmaceuticals and different design methods are also discussed.
