更年期女性骨质疏松症相关激素及生化指标的检测

The Detection of Correlation Hormones and Biochemical Marks of Osteoporosis in Climacteric Women

  • 摘要: 采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定 E2 、PTH、CT和 1,2 5(OH) 2 - D3 (1,2 5二羟维生素 D3 )及用生化法测定 Ca2 +、P3 +等相关指标。结果显示女性进入更年期和绝经期时, 雌激素水平显著下降, PTH水平有所升高, CT水平有所下降;与正常对照组相比, 更年期组 P<0.0 5,绝经期组 P<0.0 1;绝经期组较正常对照组 1,2 5(OH) 2 - D3 有所降低, P<0.0 5,但更年期组与绝经期组间无显著性差异;血清中 Ca2 +、P3 +浓度变化无显著差异。表明更年期女性应及早预防骨质疏松症的发生

     

    Abstract: The content of E 2, PTH, CT and 1, 25(OH) 2-D 3(1,25-dihydroxy vitamin) in climacteric women are detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA),and the content of Ca 2+ , P 3+ by biochemical assay.The results indicate that the content of E 2, CT and 1,25(OH) 2-D 3 are lower, PTH is higher( P <0.05), and the content of Ca 2+ , P 3+ are no statistical significant changes( P >0.05) in climacteric women compared with the normal content. So climacteric women should prevent osteoporosis earlier.
