摘要: 本工作研究了 12 5I- Ud R(脱氧尿嘧啶核酸 )在正常与荷瘤裸鼠动物模型 (L OVO型结肠癌、小细胞肺癌和宫颈癌 )中的生物分布。实验结果表明: 12 5I- Ud R在几种荷瘤裸鼠动物模型中的生物分布表现不同, 有待进一步研究

Abstract: The biodistribution of 125 I-UdR in normal and tumor born nude mice(LOVO type colonic cancer, small cell lung cancer and cervix cancer) are studied. The results show that the biodistribution of 125 I-UdR among these tumor models is different, and pending further study.
