  • 摘要: 联肼尼克酰胺衍生物作为一种有效的螯合剂, 广泛应用于人多克隆免疫球蛋白 ( Ig G)、趋化性多肽及 DNA寡聚核苷酸的放射性标记, 从而为核医学提供了多种有效的具有广阔前景的放射性药物。本文对联肼尼克酰胺的合成及其近年来在放射性药物标记中的应用进行了简要介绍

     

    Abstract: The hydrazino nicotinamide derivative as an effective bifunctional chelator is widely used to label human polyclonal IgG, chemotactic peptide and DNA oligonucleotides with 99 Tc m. So many potentially useful radiopharmaceuticals may be produced via the hydrazino nicotinamide derivative method. The hydrazino nicotinamide derivative synthesis and use in the radioparmaceuticals labeling are concisely introduced.
