摘要: 本工作研究了反应时间、配体含量、亚锡含量、体系 p H等条件对 188Re标记 EDTMP标记率的影响, 确定了最佳标记条件。在此条件下, 188Re- EDTMP标记率 >98%。载体对标记物稳定性影响较大, 无载体标记物 2 4 h后放化纯度降至 91%, 而有载体标记物 2 4 h后放化纯度 >95%。小鼠体内分布表明, 188Re- EDTMP有良好的骨吸收, 血液清除快, 主要经泌尿系统排泄。188Re- EDTMP作为骨转移癌镇痛的放射性药物有进一步研究的价值。Abstract: The labeling of EDTMP(ethylenediamine N,N,N',N' tetrakis (methylenephosphonic acid)) with carrier free 188 Re from the 188 W/ 188 Re generator is investigated in detail. Under the optimal conditions, the labeling yield is more than 98%. The stability of 188 Re EDTMP diluted with 0.9% NaCl is also studied. It is found that the in vitro stability of 188 Re EDTMP is influenced by the addition of carrier. Biodistributions of carrier free and carrier added 188 Re EDTMP in mice is measured respectively. The radioactive absorption of thyroid for carrier added 188 Re EDTMP is obviously less than carrier free one and bone uptake for carrier added 188 Re EDTMP is more than carrier free one. It shows that the addition of carrier could improve the stability in vitro of 188 Re EDTMP obviously and the stability in vivo of 188 Re EDTMP slightly.
