AFP免疫层析测试条的研制

摘要: 以复合型层析材料为固相, 用胶体金标记 AFP Mc Ab A14 C11,AFP Mc Ab A4 A14 包被于固相, 采用双抗体夹心免疫层析技术, 研制出 AFP免疫层析测试条。该方法敏感度为 10 μg/ L,结果显示清楚, 具有简易、快速、灵敏、实用、省时等特点。

Abstract: A rapid immunochromatographic method for AFP is described. The method is based on the “sandwich” assay format using McAbs of two distinct specificities. The method has a sensitivity of 10 μg/L without any laboratory instrumentation.
