Experimental Study on Tungsten Isotopes Separation by Gas Centrifuge

  • 摘要: 本工作对离心法分离钨的同位素进行了研究。从工作气体的选择, 离心机参数的调整, 到具体分离过程的设计和试验, 解决了一系列技术问题, 得到了 186W丰度大于 98%的 WF6。此外, 通过单机分离试验还得到了离心机分离钨同位素的单位质量数的全分离系数, 有助于今后进行其它稳定同位素的分离工作。
    Abstract: The separation of tungsten isotopes by gas centrifuge is studied. Through resolving some crucial technical questions such as choice of working substance, adjustment of centrifuge paremeter and design of the separation process, the concentration of 186 W is more than 98%.Furthermore, the overall separation factor for unit mass difference γ 0 is obtained. It is helpful to the separation of other stable isotopes in the future.
