Abstract: The current status in preventing vascular restenosis are given in brief. The perspective on the application and superiority of radionuclide antisense therapy in the prevention and treatment of vascular restenosis are expounded emphatically, and the selection of radionuclides to label antisenese oligonucleotides is also discussed.
