摘要: 研究电子束辐射形成的聚氧化乙烯 (PEO) R- 150溶胀水凝胶膜的理化性能, 并与 PEO R- 150水凝胶膜的性能进行了比较。结果显示, PEO R- 150溶胀水凝胶膜的交联密度随辐射剂量的增加略有增加, 但无统计学意义 (P>0.0 5);聚合物质量分数对其交联密度的影响无显著性差异 (P>0.0 5)。PEO R- 150溶胀水凝胶膜的溶胀度与辐射剂量呈负相关 (P<0.0 1), 与其质量分数呈正相关(P<0.0 1), 并且二者具有交互作用 (P<0.0 1)。 PEO R- 150溶胀水凝胶的硬度随辐射剂量的增加而增加, 随聚合物质量分数的增加而降低。与 PEO R- 150水凝胶膜相比, PEO R- 150溶胀水凝胶膜的交联密度显著增加 (P<0.0 5~ 0.0 1);而其溶胀度显著减低 (除 5%的溶胀水凝胶膜外 ) (P<0.0 5~ 0.0 1);PEO R- 150溶胀水凝胶膜的硬度稍有增加但无统计学意义 (P>0.0 5)。这表明 PEO R- 150溶胀水凝胶膜饱和的交联密度和过低的平衡水含量对其机械强度产生了不利的作用。Abstract: The physical and chemical properties of PEO R 150 water swollen hydrogel films formed by electron beam irradiation are studied and compared with PEO R 150 hydrogel films The experimental results show that the irradiation dose and mass fraction ofthe polymer do not produce a significant effect on the gel fraction, of the PEO R 150 water swollen hydrogel films( P >0.05). The degrees of swelling of the PEO R 150 water swollen hydrogel films decrease as the irradiation dose increase( P <0.01), while they increase as mass fraction of the polymer increase( P <0.01), and both factors have a mutual effect on the degrees of swelling( P <0.01). The hardness of the PEO R 150 water swollen hydrogen films increase slightly as the irradiation dose increase, while it decrease slightly as mass fraction of the polymer increase. Comparing with the PEO R 150 hydrogel films, PEO R 150 water swollen hydrogel films could significantly increase their gel fractions( P <0.05 or P <0.01) and decrease their degrees of swelling( P <0.05 or P <0.01), while their hardness did not increase significantly( P >0.05). The results indicate that the saturant crosslinking density, the lowest degree of swelling of the PEO R 150 water swollen hydrogel films produce an unfavorable effect on their machinery strength.
