IMPROVEMENTS ON THE SYNTHESIS OF NOET AND PREPARATION OF ~(99)Tc~m-NOET

摘要: 本工作主要在 NOET的合成方面做了一些改进, 制备出纯度高、稳定性较好的 NOET的钾盐。并探讨了影响 99Tcm N NOET标记率的相关因素, 由此得出最佳标记条件。在此条件下, 99Tcm N NOET的标记率可稳定在 90 %以上。

Abstract: NOET is synthesized with an improved method, and 99 Tc mN NOET is prepared. The relative factors affecting the labelling yield of 99 Tc mN NOET are studied in details and the best condition of labelling is established.
