分光光度法测定DTPA-HSA冻干品中Sn(Ⅱ)含量

  • 摘要: 建立了测定DTPA-HSA冻干品中亚锡含量的分光光度法。对测定条件进行了选择,最大吸收波长为460nm,摩尔吸光系数为3.2×103m2/mol;方法的回收率为105.9%±2.2%,相对标准偏差<5%;Sn(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~2.4mg/L内符合比尔定律。

     

    Abstract: SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OFSn(Ⅱ) CONTENT IN DTPAHSA KIT Ye Zhaoyun\ Sun Yaqing(Department of Isotope, China Institute of Atomic Energy, Bei jing 102413)Abstract The spectrophotometric determination of Sn(Ⅱ) co ntent in DTPAHSA kit is studied. The determination conditions is elected. The maximum absorption is at 460 nm. The apparent molor absorptivity is 3.2×103  m2/mol. The recovery is 105.9%±2.2%,the relative standard deviations is less than 5%. Beer,s law is obeyed in the range of 0~2.4 mg/L for Sn(Ⅱ).Keywords SnCl2·2H2O spectrophotometry\ DTPAHSA
