The results demonstrate that the total amoun t of uptake of hGHL is more than hGH in liver, and less than hGH in kidney, an d the remove is faster than hGH in liver and kidney. The sensitivity, recovery o f experiment, repetition character and dilution linear of the method accord with the demands of RIA quality.
