EDTA交换法制备脑灌注显像剂~(99)Tc~m-ECD——反应条件研究

  • 摘要: 用脂溶性分数和放射化学纯度两项指标,系统地观察了以EDTA作为交换配体(转移敖虫合剂)时,制备脑灌注显像剂99Tcm-ECD制剂的反应条件及其稳定性。结果表明,用EDTA交换法标记99Tcm-ECD时,放射性浓度对标记影响不大,pH5~8范围宽,容易标记,EDTA用量为360μg和反应体积在2~6mL为宜;99Tcm-ECD在不同pH的溶液中可稳定保存。

     

    Abstract: PREPARATION OF BRAIN PERFUSION IMAGING AGENT 99TcmECD WITH EDTA EXCHANGE REACTION——STUDY ON THE REACTION CONDITIONSJia Shaowei(The Second Affiliated Hospital, Medical College of Jinan University, Shenzhen 518020)Zhu Lin(National Research Centre for Certified Reference Material,s, Beijing 100013)Abstract In order to improve ECD kit formulation and select the best labeling condition, the radiochemical purity and lipophilic fraction of 99TcmECD in different labeling conditions are observed. The results show that 99TcmECD prepared by EDTA ligand exchange reaction is very stable, the radioactivity doesn,t influence the radiochemical purity and lipophilic fraction, the best pH limits is ranged from 5 to 8, and 360 μg EDTA amounts with 2~6 mL volume is suitable. 99TcmECD can reserve stably in different pH buffer solutions.Key words EDTA 99TcmECD lipohilic fraction exchange reaction
