Abstract: STUDY ON INTERLEUKIN8 LABELED WITH 125IFan Wo\ Qian Jianhua\ Zhang Yi\ Shen Weiming\ Zhu Benxing(Department of Radiomedicine, Suzhou Medical College, 215007)ABSTRACTInterleukin8 is labeled with 125I by connection method with BoltonHunter agent(HPNS). The labeling yield and the radiochemical purity of 125I in the labeling to HPNS are 57.7%±18.9% and 62.4%±7.5%, respectively. The radiochemical purity 90.3%±4.4% of 125IIL8 is obtained and not changed during 15 days in the medium of protective protein.
