Abstract: THE PREPARATION AND PRELIMINARY APPLICATION OF 99TcmSMAA KITLi Chunlin\ Wu Xiuduo Chen Daoyin(Department of Nuclear Medicine, Beijing Friendship Hospital, 100050)(*Department of Nuclear Medicine, Beijing Chaoyan Hospital, 100020)ABSTRACTIn order to obtain the imaging agent for study of the fallopian tubes function, human serum super macroaggregated albumin (SMAA) is prepared and labelled with 99Tcm. The ovum diameter 99TcmSMAA is 100—200 μm，and the labelling yield is more than 95%.The clinical result shows that 99TcmSMAA is a useful imaging agent for the fallopian tubes function study.Key words super macroaggregated albumin(SMAA) 99TcmSMAA kit preparation
