肿瘤内注射~(90)Y-GTMS 治疗肝癌的实验研究——剂量与疗效的关系

  • 摘要: 荷瘤小鼠瘤内直接注射90Y-GTMS治疗实验性肝癌,以确定注射剂量与疗效的关系。在6个剂量(1.87、3.75、5.62、7.5、9.37、18.5MBq/cm3)组中,当注射的放射性浓度达到7.5MBq/cm3时,肿瘤周边剂量为106.6Gy,整个肿瘤所受累积剂量为136.7Gy,此时肿瘤坏死大于50%,肿瘤呈负生长;低于该剂量,肿瘤呈正生长。研究表明,肿瘤内直接注射90Y-GTMS,疗效与肿瘤的周边剂量有关,与整体剂量关系不大。要达到有效治疗,必需使肿瘤周边剂量达到有效杀伤剂量。

The results show that the tumor,s growths in treated groups have been inhibited when the injecting dose added to 7.5 MBq/cm3. The absorbed dose is about 106.6 Gy at the edge of tumor. The total absorbed dose is up to 136.7 Gy. The tumors coagulate necrosis is more than 50%. In conclusion, direct injection 90YGTMS into the tumor could be achieved a higher radiation dose to tumor. It could be cured if the edge of tumor receive enough radiation dose.
