The results show that the tumor,s growths in treated groups have been inhibited when the injecting dose added to 7.5 MBq/cm3. The absorbed dose is about 106.6 Gy at the edge of tumor. The total absorbed dose is up to 136.7 Gy. The tumors coagulate necrosis is more than 50%. In conclusion, direct injection 90YGTMS into the tumor could be achieved a higher radiation dose to tumor. It could be cured if the edge of tumor receive enough radiation dose.
