明胶微球控释示踪研究

  • 摘要: 采用明胶作赋形剂包埋125I-纤维蛋白原(125I-FG)制备出直径40—80μm的明胶微球控释剂型。微球直径决定药物释放的速率,纤维蛋白原包埋率达90%。微球注入皮下通过组织对微球的分解而释放被包埋的药物,血药峰值在第6d出现;药物在主要脏器内无储留,植入部位无刺激反应,植入后15d微球完全吸收。这表明明胶微球是一种理想的药物控释剂型。
