Abstract: COMPARATIVE STUDY OF GFR,ERPF WITH RENOGRAM METHOD AND Cr,BUN WITH BIOCHEMICAL METHOD AND ANALYSIS OF DOUBLE NUCLIDE RENOGRAM Shi Jianguo Song Jiong Yang Fang (Department of Nuclear Medicine,Shanghai Railway Central Hospital,200072) ABSTRACT Through the comparative study of GFR,ERPF with renogram method and Cr,BUN with biochemical method of 96 patients, the result shows that the abnormal rate of the former is much higher than the latter.The analysis of double nuclide renogram indicates the quantitative analysis of 99TcmDTPA renogram is more sensitive than 131I OIH renogram.The significance of cooperative diagnosis of double nuclide renogram is also discussed. Key words 99TcmDTPA 131IOIH renogram\ renal function
