~(131)I 后标记法检测 DNA-蛋白交联物

  • 摘要: 应用131I后标记方法,在整体动物水平,检测因环境污染物和化学致癌物而产生的DNA-蛋白交联物(DPCs)。研究结果表明,建立最佳131I后标记法反应条件,能有效、灵敏、快速和简便地检测出由食品中常见的化学致癌物黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)和亚硝胺引起的大鼠肝脏DPCs的形成量,为该法广泛性应用于检测DPCs展示了良好的前景。

     

    Abstract: DETECTION OF DNAPROTEIN CROSSLINKS BY 131I POSTLABELING METHODYan Ping Liao Huizhen① Zhu Pingping①(Department of Nuclear Medicine,Fujian Medical University,Fuzhou 350004)(①Nutritive Hygiene,Fujian Medical University,Fuzhou 350004) ABSTRACT131I postlabeling method is developed to detect DNAprotein crosslinks(DPCs) induced by environmental contaminants and carcinogens in the level of whole animal. The results demonstrate that mouse liver DPCs caused by carcinogens—aflatoxin B1(AFB1) and nitrosamine in food can be examined simply,effectively,rapidly and sensitively using the established optiumum reaction conditions of 131I postlabeling method.
