Abstract:
DETECTION OF DNAPROTEIN CROSSLINKS BY 131I POSTLABELING METHODYan Ping Liao Huizhen① Zhu Pingping①(Department of Nuclear Medicine,Fujian Medical University,Fuzhou 350004)(①Nutritive Hygiene,Fujian Medical University,Fuzhou 350004) ABSTRACT131I postlabeling method is developed to detect DNAprotein crosslinks(DPCs) induced by environmental contaminants and carcinogens in the level of whole animal. The results demonstrate that mouse liver DPCs caused by carcinogens—aflatoxin B1(AFB1) and nitrosamine in food can be examined simply, effectively, rapidly and sensitively using the established optiumum reaction conditions of 131I postlabeling method. This reveals favorable prospects of 131I postlabeling method to detect widely DPCs.Key words 131I postlabeling DNAprotein crosslinks(DPCs) aflatoxin B1(AFB1) nitrosamine
