2,2-二溴-1,1-二甲基乙基锗倍半氧化物的合成、~(125)I 标记和动物体内分布

  • 摘要: 合成了2,2-二溴-1,1-二甲基乙基锗倍半氧化物,并用125I对其进行了标记,得到了最佳的标记条件,即标记时间为40min、反应温度为40℃时,标记率可达97.7%。2,2-二溴-1,1-二甲基乙基锗倍半氧化物的碘标记物在小白鼠体内的分布实验表明,该化合物在小白鼠的肾和肝中浓集最高。该化合物能否被肿瘤细胞摄取有待做进一步实验研究。

     

    Abstract: STUDIES OF SYNTHESIS,125I LABELLING AND ANIMAL DISTRIBUTION OF BIBROMINE1,1BIMETHYLETHYL GERMANUM SESQUIOXIDELi Taihua Yang Shuyan(Department of Chemistry, Beijing Normal University, Beijing 100875)ABSTRACTBibromine1,1bimethylethyl germanum sesquioxide is synthesized, and then it is labelled with 125I. The labelled yield can be reached to 97.7% in the conditions of the reaction temperature 40 ℃ and the reaction time 40 min. The distribution in mouse show there is high uptake in kidney and liver.
