STUDIES OF SYNTHESIS,125I LABELLING AND ANIMAL DISTRIBUTION OF BIBROMINE1,1BIMETHYLETHYL GERMANUM SESQUIOXIDELi Taihua Yang Shuyan(Department of Chemistry, Beijing Normal University, Beijing 100875)ABSTRACTBibromine1,1bimethylethyl germanum sesquioxide is synthesized, and then it is labelled with 125I. The labelled yield can be reached to 97.7% in the conditions of the reaction temperature 40 ℃ and the reaction time 40 min. The distribution in mouse show there is high uptake in kidney and liver. It should be studied whether the bibromine1,1bimethylethyl germanum sesquioxide can be uptake by tumor.Key words bibromine1,1bimethylethyl germanum sesquioxide 125I labelling animal distribution
