脑活肽的 ~(125)I 标记及其在动物体内的生物分布

  • 摘要: 采用氯胺T法进行脑活肽的125I标记,标记率为(32.5±5.0)%(n=3),标记产物比活度为1.98TBq/g。20%三氯乙酸沉淀法测定125I-脑活肽放化纯度>90%,1周内其放化纯度下降<5%。125I标记脑活肽大白鼠体内生物分布结果表明,脑活肽能够通过血脑屏障,且在脑组织中的停留时间相对比其他组织长,说明脑组织具有一定的摄取125I-脑活肽的功能。

     

    Abstract: STUDY ON  125 I LABELING OF CEREBROLYSIN AND ITS BIODISTRIBUTION IN MOUSEYan Ping\ Ni Xiuxiong *\ Lin Min *\ Wang Zhongzhou *\ Huang Qingzhong\ Zhuo Ruo * (Department of Nuclear Medicine, Fujian Medical University, Fuzhou 350004) (*Department of Pathological Physiology, Fujian Medical University, Fuzhou 350004) ABSTRACT Cerebrolysin is labeled with  125 I using the method of Chloramine T. The labelled yield is (32.5±5.0)% ( n =3) and the specific activity of the labeling product is 1.98 TBq/g. By the method 20% trichloroacetic acid precipitation, the radiochemical purity of the purified  125 I cerebrolysin is more than 90% and descent of radiochemical purity in a week is less than 5%. The results of biodistribution of  125 I cerebrolysin in mouse show that cerebrolysin can pass through blood brain barrier and its remaining time in brain is longer relatively than that in other tissues.
