Abstract: ELECTROMAGNETIC ISOTOPE SEPARATION OF HIGH ABUNDANCE 6LiLin Zhizhou Tian Yufeng Su Keqin Wang Liqin(Department of Accelerators and Laser, China Institute of Atomic Energy, Beijing 102413) In order to separate6Li isotope by F3 Electromagnetic Isotope Separator, LiCl is Chosen as working material in which the abundance of 6Li has been enriched to 90.0%. During the process, the operating parameters should be controlled rigidly to decrease the number of sparking and to increase the abundance. High pure 6Li with the abundance up to 99.99% is obtained. Key words electromagnetic isotope separation 6Li isotope abundance
