STUDYONANEWKINDOFBONEIMAGINGAGENT99Tcm┐AEDPLu..GongxuLuJieTangZhigangWangXuebin(BeijingNormalUniversity,Beijing100875)ABSTRACTLabelingof1-amino-ethylenediphosphonateacid(AEDP)with99Tcmissudiedbyadi-rectlabelingmethodinthepresenceofSnCl22H2Oasreducingagent.Theefectoflabelingtime,theconcentrationsofSnCl22H2O,glucoseandascorbicacidandpHvalueareinvesti-gated.Theoptimumlabelingisdetermined.Theresultsshowthattheradiochemistrypurityof99Tcm-AEDPismorethan95%.Ratbiodistributionandrabbitγ-camerascintigraphyof99Tcm-AEDParealsostudiedandcomparedwith99Tcm-MDP.Theboneuptakeof99Tcm-AEDPishigherthananyotherorgans.Thewholerabbitboneimageisclearandsimilartothatof99Tcm-MDP.So99Tcm-AEDPisapotentialboneimagingagentandfurtherstudyisworth-while.KeywordsBoneimagingagent99Tcm-AEDPbiodistribution
