一种新型骨显像剂 ~(99)Tc~m-AEDP 的初步研究

  • 摘要: 本文着重研究了以氯化亚锡为还原剂,用99Tcm标记AEDP的条件,即Sn(Ⅱ)含量、标记时间、葡萄糖和抗坏血酸用量以及pH对标记率的影响,确定了最佳标记条件。实验结果表明,99Tcm-AEDP标记率>95%,标记后4h内放化纯度保持不变。小鼠体内生物分布及家兔显像均与99Tcm-MDP相当。AEDP稳定性好,合成简便,是一种值得进一步深入研究的骨显像剂
