~(14)C-尿素的制备

  • 摘要: 报道了由Ba14CO3制备14C-尿素的方法。Ba14CO3于820—850℃下,通干燥氨气加热反应2.5—3.0h,制得BaN14CN;BaN14CN经H2SO4水解制得14C-尿素,其放射性产率为84%。产品经高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析,化学纯度为99.8%,放射化学纯度>99.9%,比活度可按需要加入载体来调节
