DEVELOPMENTOFFAILURE┐DETECTINGDEVICEFORγRADIOIMMUNOASSAYCOUNTERShaoXianzhiZhangBingfeng(TheStateENTInstituteofP.R.China,ShandongMedicalUniversity,Jinan250012)WangHaodan(IsotopeCenterLaboratoryofShandongMedicalUniversity,Jinan250012)ABSTRACTAfailures-detectingdevicebasedonsinglechipmicrocomputertechniquefordetectingoffailuresofγradioimmunoassaycounterisdeveloped.Thedevicecanoutputsignalsofvari-ableamplitudeandfrequencysimilartothepulseofγparticleforshootingproblempartsofγcounter,sdetectingsystem.Byautomaticalycomparingtheshapesandamplitudesofthetwosignalstoandfromanamplifierunit,thedevicecandistinguishiftheamplifierunitworksnormaly.Thediferential-inputamplifiercircuitgives0.1%accuracyforthemea-surementofthestabilityofhighvoltage.ThepulsewidencircuitofthisdevicealowsformiddlespeedA/Ddetectingofperiodicallow-frequencypulsewavesofmicro-secondwidth.Thisdeviceisusedspecificalyforthemaintainingandfailure-detectingofγradioim-munoassaycounter.Keywordsγradioimmunoassaycounterfailure-detectingdevicesinglechipmicro-computertechnique
