脑显像剂二胺基二硫醇类化合物的~(99)Tc~m标记及其初步动物实验

  • 摘要: 采用配体交换法对6个二胺基二硫醇类化合物进行99Tcm标记,配体交换率均大于95%,并选择了较为理想的配体交换标记法的反应条件。对其中的一个化合物进行了动物实验,2min时的脑摄取为0.88%,15min后的脑摄取为0.28%。虽然其脑摄取较低,但有较长的滞留时间。本实验对今后设计新的脑显像剂有一定的参考价值。
