STUDYOFCNSRECEPTORIMAGINGAGENTI.StudyofStructure-afinityRelationshipforBenzamidesD2ReceptorImagingAgentMengZhaoxingLiuBoli(DepartmentofChemistry,BeijingNormalUniversity,100875)ABSTRACTThechargedistributionofvariousringofbenzamidesD2receptorimagingagentusingimprovedCNDO/2programarecalculated.TheD2receptorimagingagentbindingafinityisincreasedwiththedecreasingoftotalelectricchargeofbenzenringincludingsubstitutedgroups.ItisquantitativelyrelatedtoitsKdvalues.Itisdemonstratedthatthebindingafini-tyisapparentlyefectedbytheelectricchargeofareaofplaneofbenzenringandA,Bring.ThiscalculatedresultsmaybeusefulindisigningandpreparingnewbenzamidesD2receptorligand.KeywordsCNSbenzamidesD2receptorimagingagentstructure-afinityrelation-shipnetcharge
