STUDYONRADIATIONGRAFTINGOFNASIONSEPHADEXANDCONJUGATIONOFTHECOPOLYMERWITHBSAYiMinLiJunWeiJinshanHaHongfei(DepartmentofTechnicalPhysics,PekingUniversity,Beijing100871)ABSTRACTN-acryloxysuccinimide(NASI)withafunctionestergroupisgraftedonSephadexG75andSephadexG50separatelybyradiationtechnology.Theradiationgraftingconditionsin-cludingabsorbeddose,doserate,monomerconcentrationinsolventareinvestigated.TheconjugationreactionsbetweenthegraftedcopolymersSephadexG75-NASI,andbovineserumalbumin(BSA)orSephadexG50-NASIandbovineserumalbumin(BSA)arefolowed.TheexperimentresultsshowthattheconjugateofSephadexG75-NASIwithlargerholesandBSA(Mr=6.6×104)isobtainedsucessfuly,however,theSephadexG50withsmalholescanbeonlyconjugatedwithneutralred(Mr=2.58×102)。KeywordsSephadexG75SephadexG50N-acryloxysuccinimide(NASI)bovineserumalbumin(BSA)radiationgraftingconjugationreaction
