STUDYANDPREPARATIONOF99Tcm┐GPKITFORLUNGVENTILATIONIMAGINGZhuLinMengFanminZhangJihongHongTao(NationalResearchCentreforCertifiedReferenceMaterial,s,Beijing`NineStarNewTechnologyDevelopmentCorp.Beijing100013)LiuYunzhongLiuXiujie(CardiovascularInstituteandFuwaiHospital,ChineseAcademyofMedicalSciences,PekingUnionMedicalColege,Beijing100037)ABSTRACTThepreparationofthelyophilizingreagent,D-glucose-1-phosphate(GP)kitandthemethodofusingthiskittolabel99Tcmtoform99Tcm-GPforlungventilationimagingatroomtemperatureinasimple,rapidprocedurearedescribed.Thestabilityofthelyophilizingreagentkitundervariousstockconditionsisexamined.Theresultsshowthatalofthe99Tcm-GPyieldsbythelyophilizingreagentkitareabove95%at4℃(cold),20-25℃(roomtempera-ture)and40℃(oven)for180,90and3days,respectively.Theclinicalpracticeindicatesthatincomparisonwith99Tcm-DTPA,99Tcm-GPhasremarkablediference(P<0.05-0.001)at30,90mininbothlungdepositionrateandhalfclearancetime.Itisdemonstratedthat99Tcm-GPisanidealradioaerosolforSPECTstudiesoflungventilation.Ithashighalveolardeposi-tionratebutlowadhesioninthemajorairwayscomparedtothoseof99Tcm-DTPA.99Tcm-GPalsofeaturesprolongedpulmonaryclearancetime.Keywordslungventilationimaginglyophilizingreagentkit99Tcm-GP99Tcm-DTPA
