Abstract: THE DETERMINATION OF THE RADIOCHEMICAL PURITY OF~(99)Tc~m-DTPA-HSA INJECTIONYin Guangrong;Zhang Yan (China Institute of Atomic Energy,Beijing 102413)Abstract:A simple,rapid analytical method of radiochemical purity for the 99Tcm-DTPA-HSA injection is established.99Tcm(Ⅶ),99Tcm(Ⅳ)and labelled compound 99Tcm-DTPA-HSA are separated by two sys tems of paper chromatography on Whatman No.1.The solvent of the system A is 85% methanol and that of the system B is water-95% alcohol-ammonium hydroxide(volume ratio is 5:2:1). 99Tcm(Ⅳ)and labelled compound are located at the origin,while Rf of 99Tcm(Ⅶ)is atout 0.4-0.5 in the system A.Rf of 99Tcm(Ⅶ)and labbelled compound are about 0. 7-0. 8,while 99Tcm(Ⅳ)is located at the origin in the system B.Keywords: radio chemical purity~(99)Tc~m-DTPA-HSA two systems paper chromatography
