Abstract:
STUDIES ON THE STABILITY OF~(131)I-MIBGZhang Jinming; Tian jiahe (The Chinese PLA General Hospital, Beijing 100853)Jin Xiaohai;Lin Qiongfang(China Institute of Atomic Energy,Beijing 102413)Abstract: In order to limit the free 131I content, the stability of 131I-MIBG contained different radical scavengers such as benzylalcohol, ascorbic acid and gentisic acid are studied. The resultS show 1% ben zylalcohol can inhibit the decompositions of 131I-MIBG effectively. The percentage of free 131I is lower than 5% When 131I-MIBG are stored in 74 MBq/ml at room temperature for 7 days with added 1 %benzylalcohol. The stability of 131I-MIBG doesn't affect by the store temperature(-20-20℃)and volume(1-10ml)when 1% benzylalcohol is used as stabilzer.Keywords:~(131)I-MIBG decomposition reaction radical scavengers stability
