Abstract: STUDY ON THE LYOPHILIZED PRODUCT OF~(186)Re(Sn)-HEDP KITBai Hongsheng;Jin Xiaohai;Wang Fan;Du Jin;Liu Yuemin;Chen Daming;Xu Hailin(China Institute of Atomic Energy, Beijing 102413)Abstract:The preparation of the frozen and dried product of 186Re(Sn)-HEDP kit is introduced, and the effective quantities of the components(HEDP,Vc and SnCl2.2H2O)in the kit are determined.At the same time, the effects of reaction time,temperature on the labelling efficiency and animal distribution are systematically investigated.The initial animal experiments show the high uptake in the skeletal tis sue and the quick clearance in the blood.Keywords:~(186)Re(Sn)-HEDP kit lyophilized product effective quantities of the components
