天然靶制备~(153)Sm-EDTMP的质量控制

  • 摘要: 采用HPLC法对原材料EDFMP、非放射性Sm-EUTMP和153Sm-EDTMP进行分析。结果表明:原材料没有其它有机杂质;天然钐靶堆照后的放射性核纯度为99.7%;153Sm-EDTMP的放射性浓度<1.85GBq/ml时,自辐射分解不会影响使用。对标记率采用不同分析方法进行对比表明,快速柱色层分析方法一般仅需5—10min即可准确测得标记率或放射化学纯度。比原来纸层析法(需2—3h)简捷快速。小鼠的组织分布实验中,天然靶制备的153Sm-EDTMP的分布结果与富集靶的没有明显差异。实验结果表明,天然丰度靶经照射后制备153Sm-EDTMP完全可以满足临床要求。

     

    Abstract: QUALITY CONTROL IN PROCEING ~(153)Sm-EDTMPP REPARED WITH NATURAL ABUNDANCE SAMARIUM TARGETJin Xiaohai;Liu Yuemin; Du Jin; Wan Fan;Chen Deming; ai Hongsheng; Zhao Xiuyan(China Institute of Atomic Energy, Beijing 102413)Abstract:The HPLC analysis shows that Sm-EDTMP and 153Sm-EDTMP contain no organic impurity. Theradionuclide purity of 153Sm is about 99. 7%. Autoradiolysis will make no contribution when the solution of 153Sm-EDTMP is with a radioactive concentration of less than 1. 85 GBq/ml. For the short halflife of 153Sm, the column chromatographic method needs only 5-10 min for radiochemical purity analysis, while the paper chromatography needs 2-3 h. Animal tests show that there is no obvious difference between the biodistribution results in rats for the natural target prepared 153Sm-EDTMP and the enriched Sm2O3 prefered 153Sm-EDTMP.Keywords: natural abundance target 153Sm-EDTMP quality control
