Abstract: THE ENZYMATIC PREPARATION OF α-~(32)P-dGTPWu Fengbo; Wang Yishan; Yi Mingguang(China Institute of Atomic Energy, Beijing 102413)Abstract:A three-step enzyme method is proposed to prepers α-32P-dGTP with γ-32P-ATP as phosphatedonor, involving a series of enzymatic reactions. The yield ofα-32P-dGTP is 93% hased on 32Pi andthe radio chemical purity of the separated α-32P-dGTP is 97% measured by HPLC.
