THECOMBINEDDETERMINATIONOFSERUMANDURINARYα1┐MGANDURINARYALBUMINFORTHECLINICALAPPRAISALOFKIDNEYFUNCTIONShengChunyongWangChunlan(CenterPeoplesHospitalofTengzhouCity,ShandongProvince,277500)MaYuantao(HospitalofZhaozhuangCity,ShandongProvince,277100)ABSTRACTThecombineddeterminationofserumandurinaryα1-MGandurinaryalbumin(Alb)canbeusedasthesensitiveindicesoftheearlydiagnosisofkidneyfunction.Theserumanduri-naryα1-MG,β2-MGandurinaryAlbvaluesfor221caseswithdiferentkidneydiseasesand57normalsubjectsaremeasuredbyradioimmunoassay.Theresultsshowthatthevaluesofserumandurinaryα1-MG,β2-MGandurinaryAlbofpatientsaresignificantlyhigherthanthatofhealthysubjects(P<0.001andP<0.05).Thepatientspositiveratesofserumandurinaryα1-MGis82.4%and84.2%respectively,serumandurinaryβ2-MGis79.6%and73.3%respectively,andurinaryAlbis91.4%.Itissuggestedthatthepositiveratesofserumandurinaryα1-MGandurinaryAlbishigherthanthatofserumandurinaryβ2-MG.Sothedeterminationofα1-MGandAlbshouldbeusedintheearlydiagnosisandrecoveryobservationofdiferentkidneydiseases.Keywordskidneydiseasesradioimmunoassayα1-microglobulinalbumin
