STUDYONHEPATICTARGETINGOFANTIMALARIALDRUGNGA┐PQLABELLEDWITH99TcmGuanChangtianPangQijieZhongYuguoLiTonglingHeYulingChenQiTanTianzhi(WestChinaUniversityofMedicalSciences,Chengdu610041)ABSTRACTNeoglycoalbumin(NGA),thespecialligandofasialoglycoproteinreceptoronthehepa-tocyteislinkedviaabutanediamidebridgetothefreeaminogroupofprimaquine(PQ)toformaconjugatorNGA-PQ.Toverifyitspropertyoftargetingtohepatocytes,NGA-PQislabeledwith99Tcm,thenrabbitsandchickensimagingareperformed.TheresultsindicatethatNGA-PQhasremarkablelivertaxisandtheuptakeofNGA-PQinliverisover80.0%withfeatureofreceptor-mediatedbindingtohepatocytesinvivo.Therefore,theNGA-PQisconsideredtobeapotentialreceptor-mediatedhepatictargetingantimalarialdrug.Keywords99Tcm99Tcm-NGA-PQimaginghepatictargetingofantimalarialdrug
