Abstract: EVALUATION OF RADIOIMMUNOASSAY FOR RENAL FUNCTIONS IN SENILE PATIENTS WITH COR PULMONALE WITHOUT RESPIRATORY FAILURE Fu Benqi Chen Mingxi Zhou Gangyi Zhang Zhengzhong（Department of Nuclear Medocone, Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital, Chengdu 610072）ABSTRACT The results of RIA about serum β_2-MG and urine β_2-MG, Alb, IgG in the senile patients with cor pulmonale are reported. The contents of sβ_2-MG，uβ_2-MG，uAlb in non-respiratory failure group arehigher than that of the control group.The contents of sβ_2MG， uβ_2-MG，uAlb and uIgG in the respiratory failure group are higher than that of the non－respiratory failure group．The results show that therenal glomerulus and renal tubules functions are slightly damaged in non-respiratory failure group，while functions of the respiratory failure group become worse.
