Abstract: ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE FACTORS ON MYOCARDIUM TO LIVER RATIO OF ~(99)Tc~m-MIBI Zhang Jinming Tian Jiahe Zhao Xiaoguang Liu Zhilai（Chinese PLA Generrol Hospitals,Beijing 100853）Wang Shengcai（Jinhuangong Hospital, Datong Coal-Mine of Shaniprovince,036016）ABSTRACT The resting myocardicaL SPECT by different MIBI kits for 113 cases of normal and ischemic heartdisease is performed. The preparation of kits, reducting agents，and the time of imaging are checkedusing myocardium to liver（M／L）ratio as the parameter of myocardium uptake of MIBI．It showsthat MIBI uptake of myocardium has no relation with the reducing agents，the time of imaging between 60-120 min，while M／L ratio varied in every individual case. The ratio of M／L has also norelation to the radiochemical Purity（RCP）as long as RCP is more than 95％.Key words MIBI myocardium to liver ratio radiochemical purity
