秦山300MW核电站~(210)Po-Be启动源的设计和安全分析

  • 摘要: 基于同位素中子源设计的一般原则,对秦山300MW核电站压水难所需 ̄(210)Po-Be启动源进行了精心设计。源壳的物理尺寸兼顾了中子产额和机械强度,能承受因 ̄(210)Po的α衰变,Be的(n,2n)、(n,α)、(γ,n)核反应产生的He气及环境温度引起源壳内压的增加。原型试验表明原型源的安全性能级别可达到ISO/E66545。按本设计制作的 ̄(210)PO-Be中子源能满足压水堆安全启动的要求,并确保源在堆内操作期间(≈450d)的安全性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: DESIGN AND SAFETY ANALYSIS OF ~(210)Po-Be START-UP SOURCE FOR 300 MW QINSHAN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT Cai Shanyu(China Institute of Atomic Energy,Beijing 102413)ABSTRACT Based on the general design principle of radioisotope neutron source,the elaborate design of ~(210)Po-Be star-up source for 300MW Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant is performed. Both neutron yields andmechanical strength have been taken into consideration in deriving the physical dimensions of sourcecapcule. The internal pressure built-up caused by the decay of ~(210)Po, the nuclear reaction:(n, 2n),(n,α),(n,γ)and(γ,n)of beryllium undergoing the neutron irradiation and the ambient temperaturecan be endured by capsule. The prototype testing indicate that the classification of prototype source performance is up to ISO/E66545.The designed ~(210)po-Be source can satisfy the requests of PWR start-upand ensure the safety and reliability of sources during the operation(≈450d)at reactor.Key words ~(210)po-Be neutron source“ primary”,start-up source“ primary”,source rodnuclear power station safety analysis prototype test
