T_3和T_4固相微球分离技术稳定性观察

  • 摘要: 通过不同实验室多批采用固相微球分离技术,对T_3、T_4样品的有效剂量和质控样品的数据进行分析,说明采用固相微球分离,效果好、稳定性高。对提高放射免疫分析的质量有所裨益,是一种比较先进的分离技术。
