血清α_1-MGRIA对糖尿病肾病早期诊断的评价

摘要: 测定了３５例非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者和１５例糖尿病肾病患者血清α＿１－ＭＧβ＿２－ＭＧ及其它指标含量，结果显示患者血清α＿１－ＭＧ、β＿２－ＭＧ均显著高于正常对照组，且血清α＿１－ＭＧ升高比β＿２－ＭＧ更早。通过相关性分析，α＿１－ＭＧ与β＿２－ＭＧ、Ｓｃｒ呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０．６７３、ｒ＝０．６０８），表明血清α＿１－ＭＧ水平是一个早期诊断糖尿病肾病的灵敏、可靠指标。

Abstract: EVALUATION OF DETERMINING SERUM α_MICROGLOBULIN LEVEL FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF THE LIABETIC RENOPATHY Jiang Quanxin；Han Laixin；Yin Shihua；Meng Lingqiang（Shengli Hopital,Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau,Dongying city,Shandong Province,257055）ABSTRACT The serum α_1MG，β_2-MG and other indices of 35 patients with NIDDM and 15 patients with din-betic renopathy are determined．The results show that not only the serum α_1-MG，β_2-MG of all pa-tients are obviously higher than the normal，but the serum α_1-MG rises earlier than -β_2-MG. By meansof correlation analysis， the serum β_2-MG is significantly correlative wIith β_2-MG and Scr（r＝0．673，r＝0．608）．All those indicate that the level of the serum α_1-MG may be a reliable and sensitive index tothe diabetic renopathy in the early diagncois.Key words α_1 -MG diabetic renopathy diagnosis
