Abstract: RADIOLABELLING AND BIODISTRIBUTION OF cis-DIAMINODICHLOROPLATINUM（Ⅱ） Yang Zhi；Zhang qing；Mu Aping；Lin Baohe； Xu Xiaobao Huang Junxing；Zhang Meiying（Departrnent of Nuclear Medicine,Beijing Institute of Cancer Research＆School of Clinical Oncology,Beijing Medical University,100034）ABSTRACT A rapid method for the synthesis of radiot cis-diaminodichloroplatinum（Ⅱ）（cis-DDP）is studiceded.and its structure is confirmed by two kinds chemical methods．The experiment results of white miecand nude mice show that most activity occured in the kindy， bladder and liver after injection.
