顺铂的标记与生物分布

  • 摘要: 采用快速合成法进行放射性顺铂(顺二氨二氯化铂,cis-DDP)的合成,并经化学分析证实其结构。小白鼠和荷瘤裸鼠试验结果表明cis-DDP主要浓聚在肾、膀胱和肝中,脑中放射性很低;该药物在体内快速排泄,24h后约排泄80%。

     

    Abstract: RADIOLABELLING AND BIODISTRIBUTION OF cis-DIAMINODICHLOROPLATINUM(Ⅱ) Yang Zhi;Zhang qing;Mu Aping;Lin Baohe; Xu Xiaobao Huang Junxing;Zhang Meiying(Departrnent of Nuclear Medicine,Beijing Institute of Cancer Research&School of Clinical Oncology,Beijing Medical University,100034)ABSTRACT A rapid method for the synthesis of radiot cis-diaminodichloroplatinum(Ⅱ)(cis-DDP)is studiceded.and its structure is confirmed by two kinds chemical methods.The experiment results of white miecand nude mice show that most activity occured in the kindy, bladder and liver after injection.
