~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3肾图临床应用经验

  • 摘要: 用 ̄(99)Tc ̄m-MAG_3替代 ̄(131)I-OIH对6000余例肾功损害者进行了肾功能检查,并对各类肾病患者的肾功参数进行了分析.对50例正常人同时做 ̄(99)Tc ̄m-MAG_3和 ̄(131)I-OIH肾图,结果表明:二者的肾图曲线非常相似,肾功参数值无显著性差异.对200例各类肾病患者同时做 ̄(99)Tc ̄m-MAG_3和 ̄(131)I-OIH肾图功能诊断,其结果与临床诊断符合率二者均超过96%.实验证明 ̄(99)Tc_m-MAG_3是优于 ̄(131)I-OIH的新型肾功能显像剂.

     

    Abstract: CLINICAL EVALUATON OF RENOGRAM WITH ~(99)TC~m-MAG_3Kang Zhenshou;Cheng Fan;Wang Zhiqiang;Tian Jian(Department of Nuclear Medicine, PUMC Hospital,Beijing,100730) ABSTRACT Clinical experience of more than 6000 renograms with ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_s instead of ~(131)I-OIH is reportedand the diagnosis values for variety of renal disorders are evaluated.Comparison of ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_s and~(131)I-OIH renograms in 50 cases with normal renal function shows that the renogram curves are quitesimilar and both parameters are no significant differences. The accord rate with clinical diagnosis is96%( 192/200)in result of rendom sampling 200 cases.Both renogram obtain same diagnosis invariety of renal disorders.The experience indicates that ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3 is a better renalgraphy agent incomparison with ~(131)I-OIH.Key words ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3 ~(131)I-OIH diuretic renogram CAP interventional renogram
