Abstract: LABELLING OF HUMAN ALDOLASE（A）WITH~(125)I BY THE CONJUGAATION METHODZhang Zhongshu；Xu Ruiji；Zhao Jiwen；Wang Guohong（Department of RL4，Nanjing General Hospital of PLA，210002）ABSTRACT The iodinated aldolase（A）with ~(125)I by the conjugation method is developed．The specific radioac-tivity of the labelling product is 1.2 MBq／μg．Tests indicate that the specificity，stability and othertechnicdl specifieations of the iodinated aldorase can satisfy the needs of RIA for reducing the harm ofdirectly iodination to the antigen.Key words aldolase（A）conjugation method label acylating agent
