应用联结法标记~(125)Ⅱ─人醛缩酶A

  • 摘要: 介绍一种间接碘化标记蛋白质的方法,标记产物 ̄(125)I-ALD(A)放射性比活度为1.2MBq/μg。试验表明:由于减少了直接腆化标记对抗原的损伤,其特异性、稳定性等技术指标均能满足放射免疫工作的需求。
