Abstract: SOME IMPROVING SUGGESTIONS ON USING ~3H－DHT RADIOIMMUNOASSAY KTTGuan Yanxing；Hu Zhenqiu；Li Waigou；Zhou Jinshui；Tan Zhantian（Department of Nuclear Medicine in Jiangxi Medical College，Nanchang 330006）ABSTRACT The optimization using of ~3H－DHT RIA Kit is studies．By narrowing the range of DHT standards，adjusting the proportion of labeled antigen and antibody，and using small volume liquid scinitillation counting，the improvd method makes the RIA sensitivity three times raised，a half of sample decreased and more than 80％of scinitillation waste liquid reduced．The result shows that the fitting ofimproved calibration curve is accuracy and precision．The correlativity of unimproved and improvedmethod is quite well（r＝0．9211 ，P＜0．01）．Key words ~3H－dihydrotestosterone radioimmunoassay small volume scinitillation counting
